The 10585 comes with a rounded-tip 10526 utility knife blade, and can also be easily switched out with compatible blades such as the 10526 & 10528. Its ceramic blade is both harder and sharper than traditional metal blades, maintaining its sharpness longer and requiring replacement far less frequently. In fact, a single ceramic blade can last up to 10 times longer than high-end metal blades. The safety benefits of fewer blade changes also mean less risk of injury.
